Vanessa Tsokos began her career in the real estate industry in 1996 in a large office in the eastern suburbs after finishing school at Monte Saint Angelos College, North Sydney.



From there she moved back to the lower north shore working as a assistance property manager in a leading lower north shore agency, within a few years progressed to Property Manager which ultimately led to department head as Senior Property Manager, managing a staff of 7 with a total portfolio of 1000.



In 2009 Vanessa and Spiro welcomed a baby boy Jack and after a short time away, NSPM Property Services was established in 2010.



Vanessa's 20 years of service has taught her how to avoid amateur mistakes and that nurturing relationships is vital, as management is much more then just collecting the rent.



Recognising that management was no longer a one-size fits approach, Vanessa and Sprio realised it was time to offer their clients a new style of property management.
