Most agents offer landlords 1 or 2 property inspections a year. Here at NSPM we offer 4 property inspections per year.

We won't just bore you with a written report. We will offer a VIDEO walk, through on every inspection. So you will get to see exactly the state of your investment with a visual picture not just with words.

Condition of entry
Is your current Real Estate Agent proactive in protecting your home or asset?

When conducting Open Inspections of your home or asset, NSPM Property Services ask all interested parties who wish to inspect the premises to show photo I.D. before they are allowed access.

We note down their full name, and any I.D. details (such as drivers license number or passport number) for security reasons (and in accordance with the necessary Privacy Legislation).

If anything goes missing from your home, something is damaged during the inspection, or there is some other circumstantial event that occurs, the relevant authorities can be contacted with accurate and up to date details of all parties who inspected your home or asset.

Those parties who do not wish to provide adequate photo I.D. to view your home or asset, are refused entry and asked to leave the property. The Conditions of Entry are displayed at each property viewing.

With over 20 years of an intimate understanding of Sydney's Residential and Commercial markets throughout the Sydney basin, Vanessa & Spiro have the local knowledge and experience to advise and further benefit her clients in all facets of property management. Having lived and breathed Property Management for most of their life, it was a natural progression for Spiro & Vanessa, after working for some of Sydney's largest property management agencies, to establish NSPM Property Services.

This gave Spiro & Vanessa the opportunity to provide a more boutique and hands on service for their clients, while still having the commercial intensive background to be able to draw on every aspect of the industry.
